These terms are an agreement between you and iCody.in ("we", "us") for using the iCody.in store, its customer chat, and the addons, themes and login pages sold or given away there ("products"). By creating an account, or buying or downloading a product, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to buy, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Give accurate details and keep your email address up to date. We use it for receipts and account security.
• You're responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your password private and don't share your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.

2. Licenses

When you buy or claim a product, you get a license to use it. You don't buy the product itself: ownership and copyright stay with us or the product's author.

Each license:

• covers one website domain, including its subdomains. You can change the domain from My library.
• is personal and non-transferable. You can't sell, give away or share it.
• lets you install, use and modify the product on that website.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, upload or publish a product or its files, in full or in part, free or paid;
• use one license on more domains than it covers;
• remove, bypass or tamper with license checks, or share a "nulled" copy;
• use a product to build a competing product for sale.

Themes and login pages don't use license keys, but the same rules apply to them.

If you break these license terms, we may deactivate the license and close your account, without a refund.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including any discount that applies at that moment.
• We take payment through PayPal. You pay PayPal directly; we never see your card details.
• Coupons and sale prices apply only within their stated dates and conditions, and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Your bank, PayPal or local tax rules may add fees or taxes. Those are your responsibility.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you've already paid for.

4. Delivery

Products are digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the product appears in My library, ready to download. If PayPal is still processing a payment, the product is delivered automatically once it clears. If something you paid for doesn't appear, open a support ticket and we'll sort it out.

5. Refunds

Because products are digital and available immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the law where you live. If you're charged twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate payment.

Please check a product's description and requirements, such as the CodyChat version it supports, before buying. If you're unsure, ask in a support ticket first.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may lead to the license being deactivated while the dispute is open.

6. Updates and support

• Updates to products you own are free. New versions appear in My library and are announced on the News page.
• We decide whether and when to update a product. We can't guarantee a product will keep working with future versions of CodyChat or other software.
• Support is given through support tickets, for products you own. It covers installing a product and problems with the product itself. Custom changes, and problems caused by your own modifications or by other addons, may not be covered.
• Always back up your website before installing or updating a product.

7. Free products

Free products follow the same license rules as paid ones. We may stop offering a free product at any time; products you've already claimed stay in your library.

8. Using the store

Use the store, customer chat, support tickets and reviews as described in our Rules. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the store's security, download limits or license system.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, or deactivate licenses, if you break these terms, misuse a product, commit fraud, or harm other customers or the store. You can close your account at any time from your account settings. The license rules in section 2 still apply after an account is closed.

10. No warranty

Products are provided "as is". We work hard to make them reliable, but we don't promise they're free of errors or that they'll suit every need. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or downtime. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

12. Third-party software and services

Our products are made for CodyChat. CodyChat, BoomCoding and PayPal are products and services of their respective owners, with their own terms. We aren't responsible for changes they make.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, post a notice in the store or email you. If you keep using the store after a change, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute we can't settle by talking it through will be decided by the courts of India.
