About this product
For adult and 18+ communities: visitors confirm their age before the login page is shown. Remembered on the device, with a configurable minimum age and a "take me back" exit.
What it does:
- A full-screen age check ("Are you 18 or older?") in front of the login page.
- Minimum age, wording and the "No" destination are all set in config.php.
- Confirmed visitors are remembered on that device for 30 days (configurable).
- The page behind is blurred and unreachable by keyboard until the visitor confirms.
Also included: works with any site theme (its own class names, so themes cannot repaint it), every text editable in config.php, mobile ready, keyboard accessible, reduced-motion friendly.
Install: upload the AgeGate folder to control/login/, then choose AgeGate as the login page in Admin > Settings. No database changes, no core files touched.
