Staff write an announcement once, with an optional title, emojis and links, a picture, a button link, and an icon and colour.
They choose how it goes out: a message in the rooms they pick, a notification in the bell menu, a pop-up shown once on each member's next visit, and private messages. They also choose who gets it: everyone online, everyone in a room, everyone active in the last few days, or all members, narrowed down by rank.
A live count shows how many people it will reach, and a live preview shows exactly what members will see in each place. A three-step wizard (Write, Audience, Review & send) lets staff check every line before sending.
Announcements can go out now or be scheduled for later, and large audiences are delivered in batches. The History tab lists every announcement as scheduled, sending, sent or cancelled, with pop-up view counts.
Staff can reuse an announcement, or cancel one to stop pop-ups nobody has seen yet. Admins choose which staff rank can send announcements.
